We advised a sixth-generation family-owned company, founded in the 19th century, that designs and manufactures process equipment serving the aggregates, dairy, and mining industries. Headquartered in Australia, the company has grown into a global provider of high-quality engineering solutions across multiple sectors, including mineral processing, aggregates, and agribusiness.

Firm´s Role

We are currently assisting the client’s Chilean subsidiary in a commercial litigation matter involving an executive proceeding for unpaid invoices. After securing a favorable ruling in the first instance, we are now representing the client in the appeal stage of the case.
