Our Story

Welcome to Harris Gomez Group. We are an Australian legal and commercial firm established in Sydney in 1997. In 2001, we took the step to expand our practice to the international market with the establishment of our office in Santiago, Chile and in 2023 with the establishment of our office in Lima, Peru. This international expansion meant we could provide an essential bridge for Australian companies with interests and activities in Latin America, and in so doing, became the first Australian law firm with an office in Latin America.

Over the years, our internationally experienced Spanish and English speaking lawyers have helped hundreds of businesses to grow and succeed in both these regions and beyond. As well as being immersed in the legal and business cultures of Australia and Latin America, we partner with many local companies to provide commercial law, litigation, intellectual property and asset protection.
