After several years based with our Latin American practices, Associate Lawyer Luke Musto will be returning to our Sydney office this September to work as part of our Australian and cross-border teams.

Luke is an Australian-qualified solicitor fluent in Spanish, with extensive experience supporting clients across corporate structuring, migration, employment law, ESG, dispute resolution, and cross-border expansion. His bilingual and bicultural fluency allows him to bridge legal frameworks and business cultures seamlessly between Australia and Latin America.

From advising Australian companies entering Chile to assisting Latin American mining suppliers expanding into Australia, Luke delivers clear, commercially grounded legal strategies tailored to each client’s regional context.
