Luis Sáenz is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic consulting, and metal trading, mainly focusing on Latin America. Over the years, he has served and continues to serve as the CEO and Director of Business Development for Latin America for many well-known mining and energy companies. He was the Director of Business Development for Latin America at a multinational engineering firm. Luis is the founder and former CEO of a lithium recycling technology company. He is a director of several mining companies listed on the TSX with projects in Peru, Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador. Throughout his career, Mr. Sáenz has held senior executive roles at Standard Bank of South Africa, Merrill Lynch, and Pechiney World Trade. He holds a BA in Economics and International Affairs from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
