Carla’s journey as a lawyer commenced in 2013, and she quickly ascended through the ranks to become a highly-respected authority in her field. In her time as a lawyer, she has worked to provide balanced counsel to companies on an array of corporate matters, including project finance, infrastructure development, market regulation, and antitrust. Her profound expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of business transactions, corporate compliance, and investment development.
Education has always been a cornerstone of Carla’s foundation and success. Carla holds LL.M. degrees from the esteemed New York University School of Law and Universidad de Chile. Carla is a member of the New York State Bar Association since June 2020. Her appetite for knowledge has also led her to complete diplomas in market regulation from the prestigious Universidad de Chile, and economic analysis of real estate and corporate law at the renowned University of Chicago Law School.

Currently, Carla is leading the corporate restructuring of a leading civil and mining construction services provider as it makes its entrance into Chile. The client is a well-known company that offers earthmoving equipment for rent and sale, boasting a diverse fleet of machinery, including dumpers, excavators, loaders, graders, and more. Carla’s adept leadership in this endeavour has ensured that the client’s entry into Chile has been as smooth as possible.
Carla is also at the helm of contract negotiations with one of the world’s top mining companies for a METS software services company. The client is an innovative Australian company specialising in cloud-based software for real-time data access. This software aids organisations in recruitment, assignment management, continuity, and regulatory compliance, underlining Carla’s commitment to driving innovation and efficiency in the legal sphere.
