Camila Weinstein is a Corporate and Tax Lawyer at Harris Gomez Group, specializing in cross-border transactions between common law countries and Latin America.
She has been admitted to practice since 2014 and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation. She has developed her career in the private sector, advising on corporate and tax matters in Chile. Her professional practice focuses on corporate governance, tax compliance, and ongoing legal advisory for companies and family groups in Chile and abroad. She has also participated in the consultancy, design, and implementation of corporate reorganizations.
In the tax area, Camila has assisted METS companies and has been involved in the implementation of transfer pricing reports, as well as in the structuring and taxation of financing arrangements between parent companies and their subsidiaries. Her experience further includes advising on commercial law, inheritance tax, and real estate matters.
Additionally, Camila has participated in the negotiation and drafting of mining agreements and has represented taxpayers before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, including the litigation and prosecution of cases before the Tax and Customs Courts.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
