Felipe Mac-Conell is a corporate and tax lawyer at Harris Gomez Group (HGG) based in Santiago, Chile, advising local and international clients on national and cross-border tax matters. His practice focuses on corporate taxation, international tax structuring, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and strategic advisory for companies operating in Chile and across multiple jurisdictions.
He advises corporate groups on inbound and outbound investments, corporate reorganizations, and transactions with local and international tax implications.
