The President of the Australia Council for the Arts, Rupert Myer, was visiting Chile to participate in the fourth seminar on “Culture and Economics, Towards Sustainable Culture,” organized by the National Council for Culture and the Arts. Mr Myer presented “Developing a Culture of Order and Donate: Experience Australia” which had a positive reception among Chilean participants who attended the seminar.
Following the seminar, Auscham hosted the Australian Networking Event at the Official Residence of the Australian Ambassador, Mr. Tim Kane. The event attracted more than 120 business leaders and executives of Chilean and Australian companies. The event was attended by the Minister of Culture of Chile, Mr. Roberto Ampuero, Mr. Rupert Myer, Chairman of the Australian Council for the Arts, among other officials from the Embassy of Australia in Chile.
